José Luis Prada is the Managing Partner of Prada Tax Advisors SL.
He specializes in Tax Law, particularly Corporate Taxation, Business Restructuring, Tax Procedures (Tax Controversy), family businesses, and high net worth individuals (Private clients).
He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University, is a State Tax Inspector on leave, and an Inspector of Insurance Entities, Pension Plans, and Funds (also on leave).
He has extensive experience advising corporate groups and high net worth individuals on both domestic and international tax planning, as well as in audit procedures and appeals before economic-administrative and contentious-administrative bodies.
He has served as Managing Partner of EY Abogados in Barcelona and Partner at Optio SL. Previously, among other roles, he was a partner at Baker & McKenzie Abogados and Ramón & Cajal. Until 2000, he worked as an active Tax Inspector, with his last position as Head of the Tax Inspection in Catalonia.
He is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).
He also regularly participates in several professional and educational forums, teaching specialized master’s courses, particularly at ESADE (AGT and International Taxation/Anti-avoidance Measures courses), Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Fundación FIDE, among others.

Anna González is a partner at Prada Tax Advisors.
She specializes in tax advisory services for mid-sized companies, individuals, and family groups.
Anna holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s in Taxation and Tax Advisory from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), and completed a postgraduate program in International Tax Law at the University of Barcelona.
She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, family businesses, and real estate taxation in the field of indirect taxation (VAT and Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty). She is also highly experienced in structuring real estate investments and divestments, handling tax audits and inspections, and negotiating with the Spanish tax authorities. Furthermore, she has broad expertise in filing and managing tax appeals before the Tax Agency, Tax Inspection authorities, and the Economic-Administrative Courts, as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings.
Before joining Prada Tax Advisors, Anna developed her career in the corporate tax advisory department at the Barcelona office of EY Abogados, where she worked for 8 years. Prior to that, she was a tax lawyer at Fornesa-Prada-Fernández (now Augusta Abogados), and earlier at Jausas (now Fieldfisher/Jausas).

Oriol Pasanau is a Partner at Prada Tax Advisors, specializing in advising family businesses and high net worth individuals (Private Client).
He also has extensive experience in succession planning and generational transition, business restructuring, planning and designing structures for investment in Spain by non-residents, and in providing ongoing tax advice to medium and large companies, both national and international.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s in Tax Consultancy and Management (AGT) from ESADE, a Postgraduate Expert in International Taxation from ESADE, and an Executive MBA from UPF Barcelona School of Management.
Before joining the OPTIO Next Law team, he developed his career in the tax area of PwC (Barcelona office) for over 11 years.

Sonia Sicilia is a Senior Associate at Prada Tax Advisors.
She specializes in Tax Litigation.
She holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona – Faculty of Law UB, class of 2007 to 2012 – and has completed the Master’s in Tax Consultancy and Management (“AGT”) at ESADE, Faculty of Law, as well as the Master’s in Tax Law from the Barcelona Bar Association.
She is specialized in the area of Taxes, particularly in tax proceedings, that is, advising, defending, and processing cases initiated by tax authorities, both through administrative channels (tax inspections and economic-administrative appeals) and contentious-administrative proceedings (before the Courts of Justice).
Additionally, she has significant experience in ongoing tax advice to individuals and legal entities, preventive legal advice regarding tax disputes, and optimizing the taxpayer’s tax situation.
Before joining the tax department at Prada Tax Advisors, she worked as a Manager in the Tax division at EY Abogados, assigned to the PCS (EY Private Client Services) and TC (EY Tax Controversy) Departments. Earlier in her career, she worked as a civil law attorney, gaining experience in civil procedures and matters.

Joana Vaz Amador is a Tax Lawyer at Prada Tax Advisors.
She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Abat Oliba CEU University. She completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE (Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía) in Barcelona, and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy and Management (“AGT”) from ESADE.
Since joining Prada Tax Advisors, she has worked on matters related to the different tax regimes applicable to non-residents in Spain, designing investment structures in the country. She has also participated in business restructuring projects, succession planning, generational handovers, and ongoing tax advisory services for medium and large companies, both domestic and international.
Before joining the tax department at Prada Tax Advisors, she worked as a lawyer in the Tax division of EY Abogados, within the Business Tax Advisory (BTA) Department. Earlier in her career, she completed her legal training in a boutique law firm specialized in tax and commercial law.

Carola Forcadell is a Junior Tax Lawyer at Prada Tax Advisors. Previously, she completed her internship for the Master’s in Legal Practice at the firm.
She holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and completed the Master’s in Legal Practice at UPF – Barcelona School of Management. She also holds a Master’s in Specialization in Taxation and Tax Advisory (TAF) from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF) – UDIMA.
Since joining the firm, she has worked on matters related to the various tax regimes applicable to non-residents in Spain and the design of investment structures in Spain, as well as other projects involving corporate restructuring, succession planning, and family business advisory.

Amy Fisas is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Prada Tax Advisors.
She holds a degree in Tourism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a specialization in Congress and Event Organization from the University of Zaragoza. Amy has over ten years of experience as an executive assistant.
Currently, she serves as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Prada Tax Advisors, where she is recognized for her problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and results-oriented approach. She is accustomed to working in demanding environments, which has enabled her to develop strong capabilities in efficient management, effective communication, and handling confidential information with the utmost diligence.
